Order Accuracy. Once an order is placed, please inspect your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for any orders placed in error.
Pricing and Information. We do our absolute best to ensure that the information listed on our website is correct including prices, product descriptions and images. However, in the event that the information or pricing is incorrect, we cannot honor incorrect prices or be held accountable for misinformation.
Merchandise Images. We do our best to provide high quality images of the products on our website. However, your computer monitor and video card affect how you see images on your computer. Please note that there is a chance of variance in color due to this. Warranty. Premium Home Interior does not offer warranty on any of the products it sells. All products come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product. If there is a defect with the product, we will provide a replacement. Premium Home Interior is not responsible for any damage to product that occurs during installation by a licensed or unlicensed person. If a product is discovered to be defective upon installation, we will replace the product. However, we will not be held accountable for the cost of the original or additional installation.
Refused Deliveries. If you refuse a delivery, you will be responsible for the 25% manufacturer restocking fee as well as initial and return freight charges.
